Las Aldeas – Malvasia, Valencia DOP

“Las Aldeas” are the small villages located inland Spain which where once founded to attend the work in the crop-fields and vineyards, and nowadays have been silenced due to city exodus. These wines are a tribute to those villagers and their lifestyle – a reminiscence of passed times.

Greco di Tufo DOCG

Greco di Tufo D.O.C.G., made from the ancient grape veriety “Greco” grown in the town of Tufo, Avellino. The grapes are harvested and selected manually and undergo a soft pressing. This is followed by fermentation and maturation process on its lees for about 1 month in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.

Falangina Irpinia DOC

Falanghina Irpinia D.O.C., made from the native grapes, in the Irpinia area. The grapes are picked up and selected manually and undergo a soft pressing. This is followed by fermentation and maturation process for about 6 month in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16- 18°C.

Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC

A blend of Malvasia, Trebbiano and San Colombano. Must obtained from grapes dried for 3 months and aged in small wooden casks of 100 litres sealed for 3 years.
