Leading Argentine wine brand Viñalba is to become the first ever Official Wine Partner of Premiership Rugby Club Bath Rugby.
As part of an initial two year sponsorship agreement to start from July 2023 for the 2023/2024 season and beyond, Viñalba will be available at the iconic home of Bath Rugby ‘The Rec’ at all home matchdays as well other Bath Rugby official events. Viñalba will also feature at the back of all first team playing shirts at home and away games, on advertising boards pitch side and official match day programmes.

Bodegas Fabre is a family-owned winery in Lujan de Cuyo near Mendoza, set-up and run by husband and wife Hervé and Diane Joyaux Fabre. Hervé J. Fabre, born in Bordeaux, arrived in Argentina in the early 1990s when Malbec was viewed as little more than a blending partner, and he became first winemaker to elaborate a premium single varietal Malbec in Argentina.
Hervé launched Viñalba in 2007 as a joint venture with Buckingham Schenk and it is now sold in 8 countries worldwide. Last year, over 1 million bottles from the Viñalba winery across a range of brands were sold in the UK. Viñalba has won in excess of 300 medals and over 20 trophies in major international wine competitions since its launch. Most recently, Herve J.Fabre won 2018 IWC Red Winemaker of the year and 2017 IWSC Argentine winery of the year.
