About
Rock Ferry Trig Hill Pinot Noir
The Trig hill vineyard is situated in Bendigo, Central Otago. The fruit was hand harvested from the upper slopes of the vineyard, with an elevation between 380 and 420m. The fruit was destemmed into French oak cuves for natural fermentation with gentle hand plunging. It was then racked off into a mixture of seasoned and new (35%) French oak, and left to mature for 17 months.
