Larchago Rioja Reserva
Fermented in stainless steel in Larchago’s state-of-the-art winery, with 3 weeks of maceration to ensure good colour extraction and smooth tannins. The wine is then aged in a mixtue of French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 1 year, followed by 2 years in bottle before release.
Taste
Dark cherry red, deep and bright. Red fruit, black cherry and cedar on the nose, with a velvety finish and notes of sweet spice and tobacco coming through. Serve with slow-cooked lamb, suckling pig and hard cheeses.
