Selected and blended by TV Chef James Martin, this red wine is a blend of Syrah (90%) and Carignan (10%). Produced near Narbonne in the beautiful Languedoc, this wine pairs perfectly with recipes from the Chef James Martin as “Braised meat balls with mash cider sauce and apples”. Also pairs perfectly with red meat, grilled or in sauce, a beef tartar or a cheese platter.
