Made from Grenache gris and Cinsault harvested by hand, this beautiful pale pink rosé is delicate and complex. On the nose, this rosé shows aromas of Strawberry, red-berried fruit and hints of spice. on the palate it is dry but bursting with fruit, it has balanced acidity and good length. A lovely wine to drink on its own but with enough body and structure to accompany salads, grilled white fish or chicken.
