About
Dairo Crianza, Montsant
Cellers Unio call Dairo their ‘diamond in the rough’ – a bright, exciting wine from the rocky terrain of Montsant. Montsant is an exciting DO in Catalunya, on the outskirts of Priorat. Vineyards are spread among the steep hills, olive groves and forests.
A blend of Garnacha (grenache), Syrah, and Mazuelo (carignan), harvested from vineyards practising sustainable viticulture. The grapes are vinified at Cellers Unio’s modern winery and the wine is aged in oak for 6 months, followed by an extended period in bottle prior to release.
