100% Xarel·lo grown organically from old vines with low yield. Aged in clay amphorae for three months. Notes of ripe white fruit, stone fruit and citrus and hints of white flowers. Hints of tropical fruits, herbs and aniseed. Great match to raw fish such as salmon tartare, tuna or ceviche, white fish, shellfish, and rice dishes.
