The grapes used in this Garnacha come from 50 year old bush vines at high altitudes with stony soils. The grapes are hand-picked. The wine is made with classical vinification at lower temperatures with 12 month’s barrel ageing, and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine is unfiltered to preserve tannin structure and purity.

Taste
The wine has a medium to deep red colour. Aromatic, and intense with great complexity. The palate has smoky, red fruits (redcurrants
and strawberries) with tones of vanilla and spice. The texture is lush with soft tannins with long flavours of red fruits and vanilla.
