Produced in the Puglia region of Italy, this wine is a blockbuster! Made from Negroamaro grapes, this wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months which adds complexity and depth of flavour. Grapes are handpicked exclusively from mid to end October. Fermentation takes place under a controlled temperature of 33° for approx. 20 days to emphasise the structure and aromas. After that, wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 10-12 months.
