Bodega Otazu Tempranillo Rosé
Bodega Otazu Tempranillo Rosé is produced in the region of Navarra. The vineyards of Otazu have their own microclimate with Atlantic influences and strong northerly winds. Made using the traditional saignée method, tempranillo grapes from the estate’s 5 plots are harvested and then fermented in stainless steel until just the right level of colour has been achieved. The aim is to maintain the character of the tempranillo and make a fresh, vibrant rosé.
