Taste
This cava is a blend of 85% Macabeo and 15% Chardonnay. The carefully selected Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes are picked at the beginning of September. Following a cold maceration of the grapes in pneumatic presses, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Tirage takes place in January following the harvest and the second fermentation occurs in the bottle. The Cava is then aged for 11 months before disgorgement. A dense and fine mousse and pale yellow in colour with green tones. Dry, fruity with floral aromas. Well balanced, with citrus notes and a long finish. Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany starters and light desserts.
