Vinca Organic White Wine – Terre Siciliane IGT
Made from organic Catarratto grapes grown on the west coast of Sicily in a 187ml aluminium can. Stainless steel fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the aromatic fresh citrus fruits. (187ml aluminium can)
Vignaquadra Pecorino IGT, Terre di Chieti
The grapes are harvested at the end of September at an average yield of 60 hl per hectare. Grapes undergo pre-ferment maceration at low temperatures upon arrival, with removal from the stalks and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruity and floral characters.
