We are delighted to welcome Domaine des Sardelles to our portfolio which is a family estate based in the village of Sainte Gemme in Sancerre. The Domaine was created in 1990 by Cyprien Perchaud and his two uncles who still run the winery today. With over 8 hectares of vineyards located on east, south and west facing plots, the Perchaud family work with the greatest respect for the soils and encourage biodiversity. The winery is in the process of converting to organic farming and the process will be completed in 2025. Their range includes a Sancerre Blanc, Sancerre Rouge and a Pouilly Fume.
