Larchago Rioja Joven
This wine is a marriage of the modern and the traditional. After harvesting in mid-October, the grapes were processed at Larchago’s state-of-the-art winery, but still using techniques traditional to the region. 3 days of post-fermentation maceration helps to increase the structure and elegance of the wine.
