Domaine des Sardelles, Sancerre blanc

This Sancerre white is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay limestone soils. 10% of the wine is matured in oak and the remainder in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 17 months on lees.

Monmousseau Crémant de Loire

A blend of primarily Chenin (70-80%) and Chardonnay (10-20%), complemented by Pinot Noir, Pineau d’Aunis and Cabernet Franc.
