Viñalba Tutored Tastings!

Our Viñalba pop-up shop, La Casa del Vino Viñalba, will be open from 11am-7pm from 3-7 October, at the Old Shoreditch Station in London. During this week, we’ll be running a series of themed tutored tastings. For each tasting, we’ll be pouring plenty of Viñalba, and exploring the history of this great producer. We’ll also look in more detail at Argentina as a wine-producing country, and showcasing the best that it can produce as a modern winemaking country.
We’ll be contrasting the classic wines of Mendoza, with the lighter, more aromatic styles from Patagonia, as well as looking at the difference that can be made by blending other grapes with Argentina’s signature Malbec grape. The tastings will run at these times:
Weds 4th October: 5-7pm
Thurs 5th October: 5-7pm
Fri 6th October: 5-7pm
Sat 7th October: 3-5pm
A ticket for each event will cost £5, which will be available to spend as credit in the shop (so they’re essentially free!). These tastings are a great one-off opportunity to compare and contrast a fantastic range of wines in a unique venue.
