Buckingham Schenk Spanish Showcase

The aim was to showcase some of the best and most exciting wines from our all our Spanish producers (Cellers Unió, Bodegas Murviedro, Finca Casa Lo Alto, Bodega Otazu and Bodegas Familia Chavarri), and we had representatives over from the wineries to tell the stories of the wines and share their passion.
It was a really fun day for us to organise, and we got the chance to share some of our favourite wines – interesting gems such as white Priorat, Vino de Pago Chardonnay, Bobal alongside the classics of Rioja, Ribera and Albariño.
We’re now planning more unique showcases like this. We think it’s a great chance to taste a really bespoke and tailored selection of wines in a relaxed environment, and pairing wines with food always helps to bring out their best qualities. Look out for an Italian-themed tasting later in the year!
