The Viura grapes come from vineyards in the Rioja alavesa drylands. They are harvested in the first half of October when they reach their optimum ripeness. The clean must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC for 15 days.
The wine is a blend of Viura and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the rising star Valencia DO, and has been made by award-winning winemaker Victor Marqués at the state-of-the-art Bodegas Murviedro.
