2022 HATCH McLaren Vale Shiraz
The 2022 vintage in McLaren Vale produced Shiraz fruit with great depth and richness. Fruit for HATCH Vesey Shiraz was fermented on skins in small open top fermenters with gentle plunging and irrigation for 5-10 days to make a powerful, rich and plush wine with great vibrance and purity.
HATCH Barossa St Johns Shiraz
The 2022 vintage in the Northern Barossa produced aromatic Shiraz fruit with great depth and richness. Fruit for HATCH St Johns Shiraz was fermented on skins in small open top fermenters with gentle plunging and irrigation for 5-10 days to make a powerful, full bodied and opulent wine with vibrance and purity.
Vinca Organic Pale Rosé – Terre Siciliane IGT
Made from organic Syrah grapes grown on the west coast of Sicily. Stainless steel fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the delicate red fruits. (187ml aluminium can)
Château Jaune, Côtes de Provence
This delightful Côtes de Provence is produced in an estate dating back to 1805 located in the Southern part of La Crau. This wine is a blend of Grenache 72% and Syrah 28% grown on 45 year old vines on clay-limestone soils. (available in 75cl and 150cl)
