Pā Road Chardonnay

The fruit for this Chardonnay was handpicked from our Brancott Road Vineyard in the Southern Valleys. The fruit was then whole bunch pressed directly to barrel, 30% of which were new barrels selected from our most trusted French coopers. The barrels were left to ferment with “indigenous” yeasts, for 11 months.

Pā Road Pinot Gris

Redwood Hills was cane pruned to 2, 3 & 4 canes, on VSP trellising. Pinot Gris flourishes on this gently sloping vineyard. Naturally low cropping, the vineyard provides richly scented fruit with concentrated flavours  and a lovely natural balance. Pā Road Pinot Noir Rosé

The fruit for this Rosé was sourced from three complementary vineyards sites located in Marlborough’s Central and Southern Wairau Valleys. These vineyards were selected for their vibrant fruit expression and soft,  silky tannin profiles.

te Pā Oke Sauvignon Blanc

The fruit for this wine was sourced from select blocks in the lower Wairau Valley. These block have been historically the most intensely flavoured and balanced in the vineyard. The fruit was picked at optimum ripeness and then cold soaked for 3-5 days in 4 T open top fermenters. 10% whole bunches were included in the ferments to add additional elements of florals and spice.
