Castello di Querceto favour ecologically friendly viticulture methods, opting for very short pruning and thinning out the grapes if necessary. They have a preference for using organic fertilisers and fighting phytopathogens in a natural and integral way.

Taste
Straw yellow colour. Fine and flowery nose with hints of almonds. Medium-bodied, with a dry and elegant palate, this wine is great as an apéritif or with seafood.
