Latis Cabernet Sauvignon

Latis Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown on 30 year old vines in the Pays d’Oc area which benefits from a very dry climate and low rainfall. The wine is vinified in a traditional way, with a 15 to 20 day maceration period between 24 and 280C and ageing in concrete tanks before bottling.

Taste
Intense aromas of plums, white peach and liquorice on the nose, youthful. Similar notes on the palate, fresh with hints of green pepper and a lovely length. Great match with chicken terrine, savoury pies or goats cheese.
