About

Las Aldeas Old Vines Bobal

Made exclusively from grapes selected from old vines with lower yields, Las Aldeas shows the potential quality of the Bobal grapes in its native Utiel-Requena.

The grapes are destemmed and pressed gently followed by a long maceration at a controlled temperature using an exclusive system of pumping.  The wine goes though malolactic fermentation and is then aged in new American and French ‘Allier’ barrels for a minimum of 8 months.
