Kellerei Auer Pinot Grigio

The grapes come from vineyards situated on the hills next to the mountains at an altitude between 200 and 400m. Vines are grown on calcareous soils made up of clay and pebbles, with a significant difference in temperature between day and night.

Taste
Clear, light straw yellow colour. Delicate nose. Pleasant, hints of walnut and honey. Ideal accompaniment to fish and shellfish. Excellent as an apéritif.
