Il Querciolaia

A blend of Sangiovese (65%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%). The average age of the vines is around 30 years. This wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 – 20 months and a further 6 months in bottle. Intense and balanced.

Taste
Ruby red in colour, this wine is well-balanced, full-bodied, dry with forthright character with a prolonged impact on the palate. Perfect with slow cooked meats, roasted game, seasoned cheese.
