Danza, Rias Baixas
Danza is made by the Champenoise method with a base wine which has the optimum balance between acidity and alcohol, and is a great expression of the albariño grape.
The secondary fermentation is carried out in individual bottles, and a subsequent ageing on lees for 21 months takes place until the disgorgement date. This long ageing provides complex aromas, roundness and fine bubbles which are perfectly integrated.

Danza is made by Martín Codáx, which was founded in 1986 and was named after the most popular Galician troubadour whose medieval poems were written in the old Galician-Portuguese language. In the poems, the troubadour sings about his love of the sea and the local coastline.
