A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, this wine is entirely sulphur free (‘sans soufre’). Deep ruby red in colour with black cherries on the nose, good structure and fabulous intensity of flavour dominated by red fruit. Great match with lamb chops, red meat, stews and cheese.
