After hand-harvesting and extensive sorting to ensure only the best grapes are used, fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by 6 months of ageing in seasoned oak barrels to add a spicy complexity. The coastal influences on the vineyard really shine through in this aromatic Pinot Noir.
