Boya Pinot Noir

After hand-harvesting and extensive sorting to ensure only the best grapes are used, fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by 6 months of ageing in seasoned oak barrels to add a spicy complexity.  The coastal influences on the vineyard really shine through in this aromatic Pinot Noir.

Taste
This Pinot Noir, has an intense nose of fresh fruits like strawberry, red cherries and plenty of flower’s aroma. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, good natural acidity and fresh berry fruits towards the finish. It is well balanced, clean and expressive.
