About

Bandol Rose

Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache make up the blend of this beautiful Bandol. This exquisite Rosé draws its complexity from the aromatic finesse of Cinsault, the fruitiness of Grenache, and structure and character of Mourvèdre. A month before the harvest, the grapes are subject to a more stringent quality control than the reds and whites. The grapes undergo a total de-stemming and cold maceration to enhance their aroma. After draining and direct pressing, the must is clarified before fermentation.
