Amicone Corvina

Grapes are carefully selected and slightly dried for about 30 days. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of max. 20°C, for 20 days to enhance the typical bouquet and the unique  flavours of this wine.

Taste
Intense ruby red colour. Rich and fruity aromas of ripe cherries. Round and full bodied on the palate, it is the ideal accompaniment to game, roasted meat and mature cheese.
