Harvested May 15th, 2012 with fruit selection in vineyards and in the winery. Hand-picked in 10 kilos containers. In the winery, cool maceration at 7 °C for 7 days. Fermented in stainless steel with mechanic punch down. Aged for 14 months in French oak, with 60% of the wine in new barrels and 40% in second use barrels.
