Amayna Sauvignon Blanc

Harvest: March 25th of 2013, grape selection in the vineyard and at the winery. Hand–picked Fermentation; 10 days in stainless steel tank. Fermented at 17oc – 19oc, contact with the lees for 2 months.

Taste
Bright with notes of green and light yellow. The nose shows intensity with notes of mango, pineapple, passion fruit and citrus fruit, as well as spicy and floral aromas. The palate shows balanced acidity with a long and slightly savoury finish. Ideal with fish and seafood dishes.
