Harvested from April 15th until 28th. Fruit selection in vineyards and in the winery. Hand-picked in 10 kilos containers. Fermented in stainless steel at temperatures of approximately 17 °C. Two month contact with the lees after fermentation. The wine then spends 12 months in French oak, with 15% of the wine in new barrels, 35% in second use barrels, 35% in third use barrels and 15% from stainless steel tanks
