Amayna Barrel-Fermented Sauvignon

A very unique and special wine. Harvested at the beginning of April, grape selection in the vineyard and also at the winery. Hand-picked. Fermentation: 15 days in New Oak French barrels 228L.
Fermentation temperature: 19°c – 20°c. Barrel aging : 12 months

Taste
Bright with golden tones. Attractive nose, showing ripe exotic fruits, vanilla and caramel. An incredible aromatic complexity is expressed with finesse and elegance. The palate is fresh with a long, creamy and deep finish. A wine with great ageing potential which will develop notes of honey and Muscat.
