Aigueville Côtes du Rhône Rouge

Grenache, Syrah and Carignan make up the blend of this Côtes du Rhône Villages.  The massif d’Uchaux is situation north of Orange, among undulating hills with an altitude of 100-250m. The vineyards are nestled in amongst local olive groves.  Exceptional terroir with a pebble soil on a clay-limestone base.

Taste
Deep purple colour with a purple edge, a powerful nose of fruits of the forest with hints of spices and a nice complexity. On the palate, a very pleasant roundness with well-blended tannins. Spices add a touch of freshness to the ripe fruit. A real crowd pleaser, this wine is ideal with stews, tagines, lamb and red meat.
